I was very pleased with Justin's customer service. He was very informative and friendly compared to the last service technician sent to my home. My husband resides in a nursing home and because I have no knowledge of heating and cooling, I am at the mercy of the technicians coming into my home. I need to be able to trust that they are not taking advantage of the fact that I am a female dependent on their expert advice. Unfortunately, the pricing Homer Nine charges is extremely high in comparison to other rates; however, I am under the service contract at the present time. The price I was quoted for bad bearings in the motor of air conditioning unit as well as new fan, as I was informed the next day were astronomical in price and they told me they were taking me for a ride. I was quoted approximately $1000 for job and my brother in law purchased the parts from Johnstone Supply and replaced in 30 minutes for less that half of what Homer Nine quoted. Because my financial situation is extremely tight, I could not afford that pricing. However, Justin's customer service was over the top and for that I am very pleased.
